How can you become
a sponsor of Lampwork Web?

Submit Photos

There are many simple and easy ways to become a sponsor - As part of our grand-opening we are asking for your help! Submit a photo of your favorite bead (this must be a bead you created, and your own photo) to be used in our upcoming header collage design for Lampwork Web. If your photo is used you will be listed as a Lampwork Web sponsor, and on every page your eBay Id with a link to your auctions will be listed.

By submitting your photo you give us all rights to its use in our header design, including the right to crop the photo or use a portion of it. The photo will not be used in any other portion of the website. If your photo is used and you are in anyway unhappy with its use please let us know right away and it will be removed, along with your sponsored link.

Specific Bead Photos

As part of an article I am working on called 'Lampwork Shapes & Styles' I would like photos with one single bead in them of the following shapes: donut, lentil, diamond, heart, bicone, pillow, button, crunch, tab, and tile. (Did I miss an important shape? Feel free to submit it!). I also would like a photo of a goddess bead, sculpted animal, encased floral, outside floral, organic, and a dots bead. (Did I miss an important style? Feel free to submit it!) If your photo is used you will be listed as a Lampwork Web sponsor, and on every page your eBay Id with a link to your auctions will be listed.

By submitting your photo you give us all rights to its use in our 'Lampwork Shapes & Styles' article, including the right to crop the photo or use a portion of it. If your photo is used and you are in anyway unhappy with its use please let us know right away and it will be removed, along with your sponsored link.

Write an Article

Write an article for Lampwork Web on any of the following - The Art of Lampwork Beads (explain how they are made for a buyer) , A Buyers Guide to Good Quality Lampwork, Why use Lampwork in your Jewelry designs, or suggest another topic?

Please try to include photos in your article if possible. Or combine your efforts with another artist.

If your article is used you will be listed as a Sponsor under our Sponsors Auctions menu, and your article can contain a link to your own website, e-mail and any other sites you sell your beads at. In addition to your article being showcased on Lampwork Web.

Buy Advertising Space

There are two types of paid advertising available on Lampwork Web - Banner Ads you design and submit with a link to your website or auctions. Or a text link in our 'Sponsors Auctions' menu box with a link to your eBay auctions.

Text Links

Paid Text Links in the 'Sponsors Auctions' menu are a flat fee of $4.00 a month to be paid a minimum of two months in advance via Paypal. (i.e. I can accept a minimum payment of $8.00 per Paypal payment.)

Your $8.00 lists your eBay auction link for 60 days.

Banner Ads

A limited number of banner ads will be accepted for placement on Lampwork Web. All banner ads accepted will be displayed on all pages agreed upon and always in the same location.

Banner ads are $8-$15 a month depending on location.

Banner Ads will be designed by the buyer and be 120x240 pixels down or 468x60 pixels, and must be less than 30k in file size. Lampwork Web can design an ad for you for a flat one-time fee of $20.

What is the Lampwork Web
Welcome to the Lampwork Web - Your premier website for locating lampwork beads created by Self-representing artists on eBay and online!

A self-representing artist is someone who creates and sells their own handcrafted work - items are never mass-produced.

Buying from SRA's helps support your favorite artists, gives you a better assurance of quality and unique workmanship.

What is Lampwork?

Lampworking is a technique to make handcrafted glass beads from long rods of glass. Molten glass is wound around a steel mandrel that is held into a flame, the beads are shaped by rotating the mandrel through the flame. A variety of tools and techniques are used to add shapes, colors and designs. Each one is its own work of art, two never quite the same. Jewelry artists use them to create necklaces, bracelets and more!
